Deck Refinishing Newton, MA
A homeowner in Newton, MA approached Echo House Painting with a dream of restoring their weathered deck to its former glory. They wanted to bring back the natural beauty while ensuring long-lasting protection against the elements. Our goal was to deliver a stunning transformation through expert Deck Refinishing using the high-quality Woodluxe translucent stain.
Our Refinishing Process
At Echo House Painting, we pride ourselves in bringing spaces outdoors with precision and a great deal of care. For this project, Woodluxe translucent stain has been chosen for its excellent durability and grain-enhancing capability. Our process entailed proper preparation, careful application, and attention to finishing touches which came out simply breathtaking.
Steps to Transformation:
-
Preparation: The deck was cleaned the right way to be free of dirt, mold, or any trace of old stain that might be left behind. Any damaged or rotten wood should be replaced in order for us to have a good structure on which to apply the new finish.
-
Smoothening: In this step, we evened the deck surface, using professional machinery for the attainment of evenness. This necessary step ensures better absorption and an even finish of the stains.
-
Application of Woodluxe Translucent Stain: Applying several coats of Woodluxe translucent stain, we applied numerous coats to achieve a deeply rich, natural look that showcased the beauty of the wood and tough protection from the elements.
We finished the work inch by inch so that the stain application on the deck would be even, with each minute detail perfected to a flawless finish by doing touch-ups where necessary. This transformed the Deck Refinishing project into an outdoors that looked fresh and inviting, blending well with natural surroundings. The richly tumbled look with color and texture brought out through translucent stain by Woodluxe made the deck a fabulous focal point in the backyard.
